Beautiful by Andy Fraser

Beautiful by Andy Fraser, nominated for best Adult Contemporary Song at the 2013 Hollywood Music in Media Awards is re-released for Valentine's Day 2014 on Mctrax International.

Andy Fraser needs no introduction... founding member and bass player of seminal blues-rock band FREE. He wrote and co-produced Free's mega-hit, “All Right Now” and penned Robert Palmer’s hit record “Every Kinda People”. His songs have been recorded by Joe Cocker, Chaka Khan, Rod Stewart, Three Dog Night, Etta James and Bob Seger among many others.

Post Free he had huge success with his Andy Fraser Band and is currently at the helm of Mctrax International a multi-media firm, which releases not only Fraser's own work but also prides itself in spotting and nurturing new talent on MctraxMusic. Additionally, MctraxMotion will be releasing a docu-drama Fall 2014 titled “Tears of a Mermaid”.

A survivor of both cancer and AIDS, Andy Fraser is a strong social activist and defender of individual human rights. Which is highlighted in the song Beautiful, a laid back glorious track with Andy’s signature bass lines and immense vocal depth.

The video features Andy’s daughter Hannah Mermaid, who is a professional mermaid and dedicated ocean activist. In the music video “Beautiful”you are lead to believe the love interest of the mermaid is a young attractive male who is seemingly spellbound by her beauty, but in a twist at the end you realize you have mistaken this for pure inquisitiveness when his male partner turns up to join him on the beach.

Beautiful is a message of Andy’s support of the marriage equality movement to secure legally recognized civil marriage equality for all. “The more promotion the movement can get on TV and Radio will help bring people together and can portray a powerful message by making it visible to all.”, states Fraser.
